- Able to balance front of house & back of house duties
- Demonstrates a sales leadership responsibility for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
- Able to speak to the business and analyze available sales reports as well as data to determine the needs of the business to set business strategies and store/team goals
- Able to create and manage the execution of the store business plan to drives sales/KPI results to maximizes business opportunities to include CRM
- Able to connect with employees & successfully engage with clients

Pay: $39,897.00 - $44,436.00 per year
