UBCSS Sunrise program is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing our clients with an exceptional experience by maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and attention to detail at our unique residential properties.
At Sunrise, we are committed to providing our clients with individualized direct support with specific in apartment tasks. Our residential properties are known for their unique designs and thoughtful touches that make our guests feel at home. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will help us uphold this standard by completing cleaning assignments according to our brand standards and communicating a completing checklist back to management.
In addition to cleaning, you may also be responsible for sorting, cleaning, and folding linens, ensuring that supply levels are maintained, and reporting any issues or maintenance items to management. We value self-starters who can help us identify and solve problems, and you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.
We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living environment and you will be expected to help us maintain the general cleanliness of our office and multiple residential sites. facilities. (A valid driver’s license is required for this position.)

Job Duties
· Clean client apartments and model actions in a professional and timely manner, according to brand standards.
· Complete cleaning checklist for each cleaning assignment.
· Report any issues or maintenance items to management.
· Sort, clean and fold linens.
· Ensure supply levels are maintained and alert management when items need to be re-ordered.
· Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
· Maintain general cleanliness of office and laundry facilities.
· Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients at all times.
Requirements
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Valid driver’s license
· Self-starter who can help us identify and solve problems.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19.75 per week
