SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
Oversees all aspects of association operations, ensuring compliance with NAR, Tennessee Realtors®, and Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors® rules and regulations. Dedicated to providing exceptional service to members, the board, committees, and staff, fostering a well-informed and engaged membership.
Responsibilities
- Plans, formulates, and recommends for the approval of the board of directors’ basic policies and programs that will further association objectives
- Establishes a sound organizational structure for the headquarters office
- Plans the general administration of the entire association operation
- Directs and coordinates all approved staff programs, projects, and major activities
- Executes contracts and commitments as authorized by the board of directors or within established policies
- Lead the association staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Prepare reports for the board of directors on association activities, finances, and membership status
