Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate coordination and timely follow-ups.
- Customer Support: Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, providing effective solutions while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure efficient use of materials.
- Installation Coordination: Assist with the coordination and installation of architectural lighting, ensuring projects are completed on time and accurately.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational issues and find effective solutions to prevent disruptions in service or workflow.
