What are the responsibilities and job description for the ESY Summer 2025 - Teaching Assistants position at Upper Darby School District?
Positions Available: Based on student enrollment
Locations/Times: High School 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Middle School 7:45am - 11:45am
Elementary School 8:00am - 12:00pm
** June 18, 2025 - Mandatory Inservice Day from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM **
Length of Program: 6/23/25 to 7/24/25 (Must be available for the entire five weeks) 4 days per week – Monday through Thursday
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Opening Date: Immediately Closing Date: When appropriate candidates are
chosen based on student need
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with special education students strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Must be able to meet the physical/sensory demands of the position
