Job Title: Substitute Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans and instructional activities as provided by the regular teacher.
- Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
- Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, and other school settings as needed.
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce school policies.
- Adapt to different grade levels, subjects, and teaching styles as required.
- Take attendance and complete any required reports or documentation.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and follow all school policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different classroom environments.
- Flexibility and reliability to accept assignments on short notice.
Work Schedule:
- As needed, based on school staffing needs.
- May include full-day or half-day assignments.
