Bartender

Position Summary:

As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Pay is $12.00/hr tips.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and provide drink recommendations on drink selections.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions using a POS system and cash register.
• Washing and appropriately storing all glassware, instruments, utensils, bar equipment, cutting boards, and dishes.
• Clean and sanitize bar area.
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.

· Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.

· Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Demands:

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

· Ability to carry trays and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

· Stamina to handle busy shifts and high-volume periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
