**Position Overview:**
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental office, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and smoothly. This role requires strong leadership and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting and possess a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage front office operations, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and billing.
- Supervise and train office staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of dental supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and prepare for staff meetings, training sessions, and team events.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new patients and promote office services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a dental or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
