Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Women's Health Director who is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of women's health services across all locations of Upper Great Lakes Family Health. The Women's Health Director works closely with a variety of stakeholders to optimize and efficiently deliver women's care and ensure the service line is proactive in maintaining clinical excellence, financial performance, growth, and recognition as a market leader.

Upper Great Lakes Family Health is your community-based medical, dental, and behavioral health care center. We are designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing services regardless of language, gender, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, physical and mental capacity, age, religion, housing status and ability to pay.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develops and implements strategic plans to grow and improve women's health services in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high standards of care across all women's health services.
- Monitors operational, clinical, quality, and financial performance of the service line.
- Leads and manages a multidisciplinary team, including providers and clinical staff.

- Minimum Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience working in either an outpatient OB/GYN clinic or Labor and Delivery Unit, preferred.
- Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Evidence of basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Experience utilizing an electronic health record system.
- Professional certification in Practice Management and/or advanced training in business management, preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
