ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

- Create and develop routes in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
- Submit repair requests for district fleet vehicles.
- Assign daily route assignments.
- Conduct MVR background checks and ensure credential validity of employees.
- Create weekly trip schedule assignments.
- Troubleshoot parental complaints and act as a liaison between district and out-of-district schools, parents, students and employees. Initiate corrective action.
- Recommend and establish bus stops and routes that will ensure the safety of the students.
- Review onboard camera footage
- Participate in training sessions as needed to stay current with transportation issues that impact that district.
- Maintain regular attendance.
