We are looking for sales professionals to join our growing agency. We will be willing to train the right candidate. You must be able to obtain your property and casualty insurance license.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Interact daily with the public both on the phone and in person regarding their insurance needs.
- Establish client relationships and follow-up with clients as needed.
- Provide prompt and accurate insurance quotes.
- Service and market insurance products; respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Participate in continuing education programs to maintain insurance producer license.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Property & casualty insurance producer licensed (preferred-or must be willing to become licensed)
- Sales experience.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required.
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
- Must be awesome at talking to people, finding their needs, and meeting them.

Starting pay will depend upon level of experience. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 7:30 A.M.-4:00 P.M.

Pay: $28,047.00 - $117,130.00 per year
