Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and ready to serve our community. This role will be based in Laurium , with regular travel to all UGL clinic locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage safety, security, and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Ensure facilities meet OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Provide leadership to facilities staff, including performance evaluations and training.
- Contribute to budgeting, asset management, and capital improvement planning.
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle report (MVR).

- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with OSHA compliance in healthcare or similar settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with building maintenance and project management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
