POSITION TITLE : Food Service Staff Member
REPORTS TO : Food Service Manager / Director of Food Service
Location : Assignments will be made based upon needs of the District / Food Service Department
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : 4.5 hours per day, 186 school days for the 2024-2025 school year
QUALIFICATIONS :
Food Service experience
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with others as part of a team.
Must have good organizational skills, maintain confidentiality and be flexible.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists with setting up all lines with food before lunch
Assists in helping in the dish room in between the lunch periods
Assists in ensuring that the kitchen and cafeteria are clean and sanitized after all meals are served
Serves lunch to students and operate Point of Sale (cashier) system, during lunch periods
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Food Service Manager / Food Service Director at primary location and throughout district as needed
