Upper Restoration is a Restoration company serving Long Island, 5 boroughs of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. We specialize in the Water / Flood Damage, Fire Damage, Asbestos abatement for Commercial and Residential Properties.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction field.
Looking for a friendly applicant with a positive attitude. This is a position with the possibility for a motivated and dedicated candidate to grow into a senior level position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- General Bookkeeping: Accounts Payable
- Certified/ UNION Payroll experience
- QuickBooks
- AIA billing
- Filing, handling mail, typing, scanning and data entry.
Work Experience & Skills:
- Ability to work in multi-faceted environment with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Be able to work in a fast paced office environment.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have good customer service skills & proper phone skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Ability to Multitask and prioritize.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and writing skills.
REQUIRED:
- 5 years’ experience in the construction field.
- 5 years’ experience in a Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable position.
- 5 years’ experience with QuickBooks.
- 5 years’ experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and communicating via email.
