Upper Valley Surgery Center is looking for a Part Time Surgery Center Receptionist. Hours would vary on Tuesday – Thursday depending on patient volume up to 25 hours per week with occasional additional hours during peak times (November and December) and as needed. Priority will be given to candidate who has office experience or speaks Spanish. Responsibilities include promptly greeting patients, answering phones, checking in and checking out patients, taking patient payments, updating paperwork, and other office responsibilities as needed. Applicants need to be detail oriented, able to multitask, able to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment.
Summary
As an Outpatient Surgery Center Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment.
