Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermont’s designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.
Upper Valley Services is seeking a LPN to join our dynamic Bradford Team!
$500 hiring bonus after 90-days and another $500 hiring bonus after successfully completing 6 months
LPN to work under supervision of RN in Bradford area. In this role, the LPN facilitates medication training, bloodborne pathogens/ infection control training and other trainings as needed. Conducts special care procedure training for staff, shared living providers, and contracted respite providers. Reviews medication administration records and updates medications and other medical documentation in the electronic health record. Follow all federal and state regulations, Vermont Health and Wellness guidelines and agency policies.
Some travel required.
Must have valid Vermont LPN license.
Must have a clean driving record and successfully pass the background check.
Potential for full -time if willing to travel to cover an additional office location.
One year of experience as LPN required.
