Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermont’s designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.
We are seeking a Specialized Direct Support Professional to join our Randolph Team. Provide personalized supports that may include emotional regulation, positive behavior supports, public safety, personal care, and support to engage in home, recreational, and community activities.
Candidates must have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; crisis experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts nights and weekends
- Candidates will undergo background checks, must have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
