Our artisan bakery has been in Gainesville for over 40 years. You're applying to be part of a lively community institution that takes seriously our role in providing routines, special treats, and connection to our guests and neighbors.
Our roster of homemade croissants, artisan breads, classic French pastry, and bistro items prime guests for a great experience. You personalize guests' moments of respite, routine, and indulgence, as well as make and serve spectacular coffee.
Your primary role is connecting with those you greet and serve while helping them select their items for these moments. When not doing that, our expectation for our servers is diligent and organized side task work. We have a fantastic service management team, whose primary role is to assist and guide you to work autonomously.
Experience and knowledge with the following is beneficial:
- Classic French pastry
- Espresso drinks
- Guest service
