Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Boxing Fitness Instructor to lead group classes and one-on-one sessions. The ideal candidate will have a background in boxing or fitness training and be passionate about helping others improve their skills and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group boxing fitness classes that combine boxing, cardio, and strength training
- Demonstrate proper boxing techniques and ensure member safety
- Modify workouts to accommodate all skill levels and fitness abilities
- Provide individual attention and encouragement to members
- Help maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Collaborate with the team on class programming and member engagement
- Experience in boxing, fitness, or group training (boxing experience preferred)
- Group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA) is a plus
- CPR/AED certified or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
