Job Description :
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our member experience. You will be responsible for welcoming members and guests, managing the check-in process, and answering inquiries. The Front Desk Associate will also handle administrative tasks and maintain a clean and inviting front desk area.
Responsibilities :
Greet and assist members and guests as they arrive and depart from the gym.
Manage the check-in and registration process for members.
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area.
Answer incoming phone calls and manage email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with the sale of memberships, providing information about the different options we offer.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our members.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role, preferably in a gym or fitness setting.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Basic proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
