About the Marketing Coordinator Position
Upperline Health is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to streamline communication workflows, improve process efficiency, and support the creative and editorial demands of our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with internal teams, managing oversight of external vendor relationships, and producing and overseeing high-quality content. This role will be instrumental in optimizing task management and supporting scalable content creation through standardization and automation.
What You’ll Do:
Agency & Vendor Coordination:
- Own the coordination of production house-related tasks including order tracking, status updates, stakeholder follow-ups and invoicing.
- Assist in communications and coordination between marketing team, external agencies and freelance designers.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure high-quality deliverables that reflect our mission and brand.
- Coordinate vendor invoice processes in collaboration with the marketing and finance teams.
Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine project objectives to ensure timely content delivery aligned with business objectives and brand and messaging guidelines.
- Support the drafting of creative pieces such as blogs, brochures, postcards, conference collateral, flyers, posters, social media posts, and patient education materials.
- Assist with editing, suggesting improvements where needed.
- Maintain and expand the use of standardized templates and explore AI-assisted drafting tools to reduce manual writing time.
- Help create and manage content calendars and plans with internal teams and external resources.
Workflow Management:
- Identify and implement opportunities to standardize and automate repetitive processes by strategizing and implementing solutions for task bundling.
- Triage and manage content review responses, creating systems and workflows to enhance and streamline the process.
- Track project progress, maintain organized records, and contribute to post-campaign reporting.
- Create and maintain a repository of Upperline assets and templates that field ops can access and customize for small batch projects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of marketing or communications experience, preferably within healthcare or similar industry.
- Proven experience managing external vendors and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Experience with content management systems, workflow tools, and basic automation platforms.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving patient and provider engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in healthcare, tech, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
