About the Business Development Coordinator Position
Upperline Health is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to play a critical role in identifying, generating, and qualifying leads for acquisition and growth opportunities. This role will focus on supporting the expansion of Upperline Health's footprint by identifying strategic partnerships and clinic acquisition targets, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration into our network.
What you'll do:
Lead Generation and Qualification
- Engage in extensive cold calling to connect with clinic owners and decision-makers.
- Basic research on potential clinic acquisition opportunities.
- Maintain an updated and organized pipeline of leads within the existing corporate database.
Relationship Management
- Initiate and nurture relationships with clinic staff.
- Serve as a first point of contact for potential acquisition targets, ensuring that our business development team members have appropriate information about the target business.
- Coordinate meetings and introductions between potential acquisition targets and internal stakeholders.
Administrative Support
- Customize templates for outbound emails
- Other general administrative support
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or general business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clinic staff.
- Self-motivated, excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel.
