UpRaise Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Field Supervisor to oversee subcontractors and ensure the successful completion of our remodeling and construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in all trades, and a deep understanding of construction laws and local standards. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English & Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee subcontractors and on-site crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and materials to meet deadlines and cost objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to enforce safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction laws and regulations.
- . Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation on project progress and site conditions.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in remodeling and general contracting.
Proven management experience leading construction teams and subcontractors.
Expertise in all construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and local construction standards.
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) to communicate effectively with teams and subcontractors.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in project management software and site coordination tools is a plus.
