We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Senior Analyst for a 6-month project to support a high-profile ERP implementation. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine data analysis expertise with end-user training skills. You will work closely with field users and senior leadership to deliver meaningful insights and empower teams with new tools and processes.
*** Note: Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and willing to work Hybrid in-office ***
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and manipulate data from the ERP system to provide actionable insights.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs) to organize and analyze data effectively.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and updates.
- Host virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams to guide field users in adopting new warranty system processes.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excel: Advanced skills required (e.g., XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).
- PowerPoint: Basic skills to design and deliver presentations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact confidently with field users, conduct one-on-one sessions, and address groups of 5-25 people.
- Training Experience: Ability to lead training sessions and provide hands-on guidance to end-users.
