- Title: Senior Analyst (End User Support)
- Rate: $50 - $60/hr DOE (12 month contract)

- Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for field questions related to ERP (Oracle Maintenance Cloud) via the ticketing system
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution for system related issues
- Assist with configuring and customizing Oracle Maintenance Cloud to meet evolving business requirements
- Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment across multiple sites
- Maintain a high level of customer service by identifying and addressing root issues, offering training, and resolving end-user concerns
- Collaborate with field users to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall user experience
Must Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst, with strong problem solving skills
- Prior experience supporting end users in the context of large-scale ERP system deployments
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with field personnel
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with a go-getter mentality
- Experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud
- Familiarity with parts inventory related to heavy equipment maintenance
