We are seeking a driven self-starter to lead and grow our Civil team. The role of Civil Engineer is a full-time, in-office position and responsibilities include corresponding with clients, preparing construction plans and reports, conducting fieldwork, and delegating work to junior team members. Previous experience designing grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans is required.

Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering.
· Experience with preparing Civil grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
· Competence with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or EIT or PE preferred.
