Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fence Installer Lead to oversee and manage fence installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive hands-on experience in installing various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental metal.
As the Fence Installer Lead, you will supervise a team of installers, ensure safety protocols are followed, and ensure that each project is completed on time and to our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of fence installers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Manage and coordinate fence installation projects, from site preparation to final inspection.
- Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed by the installation team.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or questions during installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Train and mentor junior installers to improve skills and knowledge.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily work activities, including time logs and project status reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fence installer, with a minimum of [X] years in the field.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in installing various types of fences (wood, vinyl, chain-link, ornamental metal, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
