The Remote & Automation Lab is key for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products by providing a robust and efficient testing environment.
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Engineer to join our Remote Lab team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing technical assistance and ensuring a positive user experience. You will be responsible for monitoring the lab environment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a high level of system availability.
Responsibilities :
- Remote lab monitoring and incident prevention.
- Incident investigation and resolution.
- Hardware asset handling.
- Onboarding new users to the Remote Lab and providing knowledge transfer.
- Providing end-user support via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to improve the Remote Lab experience.
- Contributing to the development of documentation and knowledge base articles.
