About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Service Team in San Antonio. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in making sure service requests are handled swiftly, efficiently, and with care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people solve problems, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Be the friendly voice of Uprite, handling inbound service requests via phone, email, and our client portal
Triage and dispatch service tickets using ConnectWise, ensuring prompt and accurate scheduling
Coordinate with technical teams to keep service levels on track and clients in the loop
Maintain detailed, accurate records of all client communications and support actions
Support procurement processes, assist with inventory, and complete light administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and meet SLA goals
What You Bring
2 years of dispatching or scheduling experience (IT services preferred)
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-call-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfort with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (ConnectWise is a plus)
Self-starter mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and the ability to work onsite full-time
