UPS Store 1181 in Bellevue is currently looking to bring on Part Time Center Associates to help in daily operations! Our UPS Store Center Associates deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers. This is a family environment where we strive to provide the best customer service to all our customers. JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide excellent customer service to our local Bellevue customers and local small businesses in person, over the phone, and over email
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, and/or sales background is a huge plus
- Operating Point of Sale system, basic computer software, and operating equipment like copiers, printers, lamination equipment, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook)
- Helping customers problem solve (including best ways to ship or helping small businesses with printing)
- Packing shipments for safe arrival, with care, and with customer's best interest in mind (packing like it was your own items you are sending)
- Basic sales skills to upsell other services/products
- Team player who is willing to jump in to help with anything needed
- Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
- Organizing packages and moving packages as needed (requires being able to lift heavy packages at times)
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
