What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Customer Service Associate position at UPS Store 7314?
Part-time Positions. We are seeking two part-time Store Associate to join our team! Must have at least 2 years proven retail and customer service experience. Serious applicants only. You will be responsible for assisting associates with all retail services as well as back-office logistics for shipping, packaging, printing and more!
South Carolina resident is preferred. Must be a registered voter. Compensation for becoming a notary is offered.
We are primarily in need of individuals that can work ALL weekend shifts. Open availability Monday through Friday (2pm-6:30pm) and all Saturdays (9:30am-4pm) and Sundays (11am-4pm). Fill in coverage is ongoing.
Responsibilities:
- Detail oriented customer service at registers.
- Assist associates in moving items from front lobby to the back end for processing and organization.
- Cleaning and stocking front and back areas.
- Maintain storefront.
- Opening and/or closing of retail registers and store front.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail for mailbox customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous proven 2 years retail experience and customer service.
- Previous experience using electronic retail systems to carry out job duties.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical, rigorous environment.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Must be extremely dependable.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
