Retail Sales associate
Responsibilities:
- greeting customers,
- process shipping (domestic and international)
- packaging and boxing shipments
- help customers with their printing needs
- handle mailboxes (receive packages, sort incoming mail)
- should be able to handle the store alone for an hour or two in the morning opening hours or before closing (after training)
- should be able to multi-task as needed
- listening to customer's concerns and addressing them
- maintain good customer service reviews on business
Job Requirements:
- Honesty, integrity, punctuality and hard work are key for this job
- Weekend availability is needed
- Basic background check using public records will be required and should be willing to provide a copy of ID at the time of interview ( like Driver's lic ).
- Dress code: business casual dressing with some color restrictions and company provided shirts.
- Cell Phone Policy: No cell phone usage during work (other than 15 min break time).
Business Hours:
- 8 AM to 6:30 PM(Mon through Friday)
- 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and 11AM to 4 PM on Sunday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
