The General Manager is a salaried position with a 55 hour per week schedule plus benefits.
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED leader to manage the day to day operations. The successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and Lead by example.
To be considered for this position you must have at least 3 years of General Manager experience in a Full Service restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Promote exceptional guest service
- Be willing and able to jump on the line to get the best burgers in town to our guests.
- Ensure that the restaurant operates in a way that meets our quality standards
- Oversee day to day business
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise
- Manage and train staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
