Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in Clinton, MD. This position is for a morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of those under their care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, treatments, and preventive measures.
Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, offering support as needed.
Qualifications:
Current RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in the state of Maryland.
At least 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
