We are seeking a qualified shift supervisor to join our growing security team! We are a Service-Disabled Veteran – Owned Small Business. We serve multiple clients in and around the Charlottesville area. We are looking to expand our growing team with the right people in the right place.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to :

Overseeing and coordinating the activities of our security officers.
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
Train and evaluate officers.
Perform site visits and inspections.
Keep track of equipment inventory.
Send daily reports to clients.
Must be able to work nights and cover shifts if needed.

Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Previous experience in security, management or another related field preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented and organized.

Strong leadership qualities.

Must be DCJS certified for security, OR be able to get your certification within 90-days.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Starting Pay - $18.00 - $20.00 / hour. Based on experience and qualifications.

Salary : $18 - $20
