What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities & Vehicle Operations Specialist position at UPSI?
Maintain vehicle inventor and ensure that they are safe and serviced at all times. Works with the Office Manager to improve quality and efficiency for servicing vehicles. maintaining vehicle readiness, conducting quality control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintenance Specialist oversee building maintenance, handle repair issues, manage janitorial tasks, and assist with daily operational needs. Submitting regular reports to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform routine inspections of the building to identify maintenance and repair needs.
-coordinate and complete basic repairs needs.
-Manage janitorial tasks to ensure the facility remains clean and presentable
-Respond Promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role
-Basic knowledge of Vehicle repair work, tools, and equipment.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands.
- Strong Communication skills and attention to detail .
-Strong computer skills
Salary : $3,500 - $3,750
