What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead assurance engagements from planning through completion, including supervising fieldwork, reviewing workpapers, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Manage and mentor a team of staff and senior accountants, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career guidance.
- Develop expertise in assigned industries and service areas, contributing to the firm’s knowledge base and best practices.
- Identify and recommend value-added services to existing clients, strengthening client relationships.
- Help oversee day-to-day operations within the Assurance team, ensuring workflows are managed efficiently.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures that enhance departmental performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines to deliver exceptional, holistic service to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s preferred
- Active CPA or EA license is a must
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within a public accounting environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all levels
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule during peak periods

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
