Role Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted figures, identifying key drivers of profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
- Assist in the development and consolidation of annual budgets, collaborating closely with department leaders to ensure accuracy.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to senior leadership, helping to guide strategic decision-making.
- Continuously refine financial models, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with various departments to analyze financial trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- CPA certification is required.

- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling.

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
