Role Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing strategic insights to drive business performance. This individual will analyze key financial metrics, develop forecasting models, and collaborate with leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop financial models and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
- Identify trends and key drivers impacting financial performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating business opportunities, cost management strategies, and investment decisions.
- Provide leadership with clear and actionable financial insights to drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 4-10 years of FP&A experience, with a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
- Proficiency in PowerBI is heavily preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
- Ability to travel monthly to their HQ located in Southern Indiana
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
