As a PCS Tax Manager, you will work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead client engagements, manage a highly trained team, and help grow our Private Client Services practice.
- Provide technical tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients, trusts, and estates.
- Manage and review complex estate (Form 706), gift (Form 709), and fiduciary (Form 1041) tax returns.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, tailoring services to their unique needs.
- Represent clients during federal and state tax audits, and respond to tax notices.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure timely filing of all client-related tax returns and documents.
- Effectively communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- CPA certification (required).
- 6 years of technical tax experience in public accounting, with a focus on high-net-worth individual taxation.
- Strong experience with estate, gift, and fiduciary taxation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple high-level engagements simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a public accounting setting.
