As a Closer, you will be the final point of contact for individuals seeking treatment. Your role is to provide information, answer questions with empathy and accuracy, and most importantly—guide prospective clients through the decision to enter treatment. You will be expected to build trust quickly, handle objections with professionalism, and maintain a high closing rate while always prioritizing ethical practices.
Responsibilities:
- Engage inbound leads and warm transfers from marketing and outreach teams
- Conduct assessments to determine client eligibility and appropriateness for treatment
- Educate clients and family members on treatment programs, services, and next steps
- Guide prospective clients from interest to commitment, including pre-admission and intake scheduling
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize CRM systems for follow-up and tracking
- Meet and exceed conversion goals while maintaining compliance and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Business or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales/Call Center Environment
- Proven experience in call center sales or admissions, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with individuals in crisis or distress
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality practices
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed
