What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech I position at Upson Regional Medical Center?
The Maintenance Tech I is responsible for building maintenance and repairs throughout the hospital owned properties. This requires knowledge of HVAC, mechanical operations, electrical, and/or plumbing installation and repair. This position requires on-call rotation to ensure the coverage of the building after hours. The Maintenance Tech I should be proficient in computers and building automation systems.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid GA Driver's license with clean driving history, and at least three years maintenance and/or construction experience. Prefer technical school training or equivalent experience and more than three years maintenance or construction experience, preferably in a healthcre setting. Prefer knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory standards.
