Hours: M-Th 8a-5p Fri 8a-2p
Greet and assist all patients and/or customers, put together daily patient charts, obtain lab and referral information for physician review, prepare patients for examination and assist physicians during patient encounters, answer patient questions and educate regarding minor office procedures, maintain medical records for patient visits, other referrals, insurance pre-certification information, billing and provide friendly, courteous, and confidential assistance to every patient.
This position may work varying hours (including holidays) and may be required to travel to multiple office locations.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, Medical Assistant certification and at least one (1) year of medical office experience.
