Our programs, Feet First and Step Up, blend soccer fundamentals with interactive games and playful drills that engage, entertain, and teach. Job Overview: As a Soccer Coach with Upstart Athletics, you'll be a crucial part of a team dedicated to making each session a highlight of the week for kids. Responsibilities:

• Lead fun, skill-based soccer sessions for ages 2-7, focusing on basics like dribbling, passing, and teamwork
• Adapt our creative curriculum to create a lively, enjoyable environment for kids
• Provide positive guidance, encourage players, and keep things upbeat
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and program highlights
• Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all players by following safety protocols

Qualifications:

• A passion for soccer and helping kids discover the joy of the game
• Ability to connect with kids and bring energy to each session
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Prior experience in soccer (playing or coaching) is a plus but not required
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)

Experience:

• Soccer Playing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Youth sports coaching: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Rogers, AR: Relocate before starting work (Required)
