What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional Community position at Upstate Cerebral Palsy?
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) Community is responsible to implement the Individualized Habilitation Plan, attend to personal care needs, oversee the health, safety and well-being of the people we support, participate in Agency activities, transport and accompany people we support on activities in the community, assist in daily housekeeping and other related duties and maintain documentation.

- The DSP provides care, support, and assists people we support with activities of daily living in the community.
- Transport and accompany the people we support for appointments, community activities and serve as their advocate.
- Full-time or Part-Time opportunities!
- No Mandation!
- Valid NYS Driver's License required.
- No previous experience needed - we provide paid training!
- Starting pay $16.00 / hour!
