Pay $30.00 - $31.50 an hour
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible to provide daily nursing care, order medications, provide updates to the RN and Nurse Practitioners, train and orient AMAP's, schedule appointments, participate in agency activities and complete required documentation.

- Ability to pick up 24 hours a month (12 off hours / off-shift during weekdays & 12 off hours during weekends)
