As an Inventory Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring seamless fulfillment and receipt of orders. You will work closely with our team to coordinate shipment activities, verify product quality, and ensure timely deliveries. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be vital in managing inventory levels and identifying any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing products.
- Verify quality and quantity to ensure order accuracy.
- Sort, inventory, and process products to prepare for fulfillment.
- Accurately prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders.
- Accurately unpack, verify, and prepare incoming orders.
- Perform a variety of cross-functional duties to adapt to business needs.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Commitment to continual self-improvement and learning on the job.
Qualifications
- The regular schedule is an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday typically between 8 am-7 pm, depending on the position. Availability to work overtime outside of those hours, including occasional Saturdays, is required.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds.
- Minimum associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
- Strong computer and technology skills are required.
- Ability to handle moderate physical workload and to spend time standing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
