What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform duct and dryer vent cleaning for residential and commercial customers
- Complete jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and professionalism
- Operate and maintain negative air machines, contact cleaning vacuums, and other duct cleaning equipment.
- Educate customers on the benefits of duct cleaning and be their trusted advisor
- Prospect potential customers through referrals, on-site interactions, and community connections
- Sell jobs and upsell services by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Improve operating procedures by identifying efficiencies and suggesting process improvements
- Ensure safety and job site cleanliness at every location
- Manage your daily schedule with flexibility to complete jobs efficiently
- Work remotely when not in the field for scheduling, customer follow-ups, and job documentation
- Communicate with customers professionally and collect payments when required
- Train and mentor new team members as the company grows
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a similar trade is preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- Mechanically inclined – Comfortable using tools and troubleshooting minor equipment issue
- Self-motivated & responsible – Able to work independently, stay on schedule and go the extra mile
- Strong customer service skills – You’ll be the face of our company at every job
- Physically fit – Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and basements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficient and open minded to technology and software
