This role involves building relationships with physician offices, engaging in community events, and effectively promoting our services to attract new patients. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Physician Outreach:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local physicians and medical offices to increase referrals.
- Conduct regular visits to physician offices, providing information about our services and fostering collaboration.
Community Engagement:
- Plan and participate in marketing events, health fairs, and community gatherings to promote our healthcare services.
- Deliver talks and presentations at churches and other community organizations to raise awareness about our offerings.
Networking:
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
Scheduling and Logistics:
- Work closely with the owners to map out the city for effective outreach strategies.
- Coordinate schedules for visits to physician offices, marketing events, and community engagements.
- Assist in organizing lunches for our providers and facilitate meetings to enhance collaboration.
Data Analysis:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, using data to make informed decisions.
- Provide regular reports on the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Miscellaneous
- Assist with payroll
- Assist with screening calls from Weave and analyzing the calls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape in the Greenville area is a plus.
