In support of our ongoing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Providers to join Upstate Dermatology’s Outpatient Clinic within the Upstate Health Care Center!

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient Dermatology encounters at Upstate Health Care Center (UHCC), providing education to and interfacing with primary teams, patients, and families.
- Assess and evaluate patients, perform minor procedures, order and interpret laboratory tests & diagnostic studies, and arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, referring physicians, and all members of the health care team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Current NYS Licensure/Registration as a NP or PA required.
- Have a NPI number and be Medicare enrolled with a Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) (or eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire).
- AHA CPR-BLS Certification required at the time of appointment.
- At Least 2 or more years of experience in a Primary Care or Internal Medicine role.
- 2 or more years experience in Dermatology.
